Excellent quality product at a really reasonable price. I have tried other more expensive brands and no difference in taste or especially texture. I take 5gm of Glutamine and 5gms of Creatine in my morning coffee and put Glutamine into my pre workout, intra workout and post workout shakes. Really cost effective buying the bigger tub rather than the small so great value for your money.

A great supplement. It supports gut health. It has an industrial taste. Good to take right before the meals. I would suggest increasing the dose slowly over 2-3 weeks. I personally noticed that taking high dose of 2-3 scoops in the beginning may result in diarrhoea symptoms.
