I need electrolytes pretty frequently and hate how many packets I go through and all the excess sugar. With these it is easy to use and I would say similar to name brand (like liquid IV). The taste is not bad and I love the sugar content! I will be buying this again since it works well and the best price I can find

While it does not dissolve all that great, put it in something you can stir or shake and it's not a big deal. This stuff works amazing for hangovers!!!! I am not even kidding. It is by far the best thing I've ever used for them, and I guess it's because of having both the electrolytes and the b vitamins.

I am not a picky person at all but this stuff is terrible. If I buy something I will find a way to use it until its gone but I had to throw this away. It doesn't dissolve completely in water. It leaves a grit in your mouth similar to fine sand. And it tastes horrendous. Its so bad I has to write a review and I dont write reviews often either.

*** I downgraded the rating from 4 stars to 3 - as residue reduces confidence that you're getting the full electrolyte dose. Otherwise, the product seems Ok, and is a good value. *** Unlike other types of supplements, how can you know that it does what it claims to do? How can you compare one type of hydration powder to another, objectively (rather than by subjective factors such as taste)? Objectively, you'd need a proper scientific study, showing how well this product aids pre-hydration and rehydration for individuals engaged in vigorous athletic activities - I don't have that. Subjective comparisons are better left to those that have used a larger variety of hydration products. My only comparison is to Six Star Ultimate Hydration - which seem no longer available. Reviews of that product had "tastes great" and "tastes terrible". --- Subjective. Nature's Truth, in my opinion, has very little taste. If anything, it reminds me of Alka-Seltzer (without the "fizz, fizz"). I mix it with something else for flavor. Other reviewers commented on residue at the bottom of the glass after mixing. I found this too, even after using a hand blender. Why part of the powder goes into solution, and part doesn't - I don't know. I just add more water, swish and swallow. It does have added vitamins and is much less expensive per serving than many alternatives. Being very active I need something. I'm trusting that this is providing the hydration support I need. If I find out otherwise, I'll find something else.

Low sugar, good taste and good value. Just as good as the electrolyte powders with more name recognition

I like the variety of electrolytes that are in the product. It has a light lemon flavor, very pleasant. I use a little hot water to dissolve the powder and make multiple bottles ahead of time to have ready. It takes very little power per day to get the recommended daily dose of electrolytes. One container will last one person a month. So it is definitely worth the money. I feel it works well to help my body absorb the water I drink throughout the day and help greatly with hydration.
