Product was shipped on time. no problems with the order. I thought it was a great price. Ive had the handles for about a year now and have no issues. Very easy to install. The handle was heavier than the builder grade handles that gets put on most new homes. The extra weight of the handle makes it feel like it is better quality. I have replaced all the handles in the house with this handle. Definetely would recommend it to others.

Oh, boy, we love our new handles. I was pleased to find Schlage lock sets initially, but I didn't know how well I'd like the levers. Installation required thinking ahead and paying attention. I installed 7 new sets and found that if I didn't pay close attention, the handles always ended up upsidedown or facing the wrong way. However, they do go together well, they are quality hardware, and after several months of banging and being used as clothes hangers, and other assorted forms of abuse, they continue to look brand new. I would buy them again.

There is a pin-hole on each lever. Push it and then the levers can be removed to exchange sides (turns a LH pull into a RH pull and vice-versa). I know, the product description says, "Levers come in both left- and right-handed models." but you'll also note you can't find LH and RH product versions. Also, has (as is common) standard 2-3/8" and 2 3/4" backset options. Includes hardware for a recessed rectangular faceplate or the round style. Easily installs. There are guides that ensure the two halves meet each other so that the screws through the door lie up without searching. No binding even when the screws are nice and tight (some cheaper sets do bind, so I've had to stop tightening before snug and of course then the screws eventually work loose). Nice finish and feel. Only slightly tricky thing is centering the screw holes for the strikeplate and the faceplate. Center punch and a pilot hole solve that. Alternatievely, I like centering drill bits like the Bosch CC2430 Clic-Change 3-Piece No. 6, No. 8, and No. 10 Self-Centering Bit Assortment. (Not endorsing Bosch, that is simply the first one I found on an Amazon product search)
