Fantastic product. My neck was really irritated from tretinoin and was starting to get really itchy too and this was very effective at calming the inflammation and calming the itching, which was probably the worst bit of all. I have used much more expensive products that come with less product and they were not nearly as effective as this product was. It does leave a white cast due to the high zinc oxide content, same as it does with zinc based sunscreens, but honestly I couldn't care less. The product is so effective at what it does the aesthetics do not concern me.

Turns out my infant daughter is allergic to bepanthen after developing what can only be described as a chemical burn looking nappy rash, I felt helpless as nothing off the shelf at the chemist was working. THIS PRODUCT SAVED HER SKIN AND MY PIECE OF MIND. Give it 1 week, you will never go back to conventional ointments. If all that matters to you is the relief of pain and a quick healing turnaround time, then buy this product! *My daughter has extremely sensitive skin and is also now suffering from a negative reaction to her sun cream - we are currently trialing this product as a remedy. Will report back, but it seems to be the answer for most skin issues*

Helped calm my eczema down

I read the reviews but was unsure if this would help. Using it for an adult who needs to wear incontinence pads, the pads are leaving them very itchy, spotty with some cuts and raw skin! We have tried everything and nothing was clearing it up. We've used this on them every day for the last week the raw skin and pain cleared up within 2/3 days and the rest had eased over the week too. As a barrier cream its been amazing they arent feeling the itching and burning now (prolonged use of incontinence pads has left them with dermatitis) they have expressed how much more comfortable they are feeling so if like us you were looking for something to help adults who have to use incontinence pads. Give it a try because it really had been a godsend! It does have a slight scent, its a very thick ointment but although we are cleaning it off and reapplying it, it does last a good amount of time! Very easy to apply and the size of the tube is perfect!

Literally the best zinc based cream/ointment around. I use it on spots, nappy rash, sores, bites and it instantly soothes then works very quickly to heal and moisturises at the same time. UNFORTUNATELY THE FORMULA HAS CHANGED SO NOT AS GOOD

Wanted a lighter more absorbable alternative to sudacrem, zinc, which is the go to general purpose healing cream in this house. Very pleased with it! And great price

This is working well, although slowly. Do not expect a quick result, give it a few days. It is important to treat a rash as soon as possible to prevent spreading.

I bought to help my son’s eczema but unfortunately didn’t help. However the product is of good quality, easy to apply, quite thick so a little goes along way.

I have atopic dermatitis and this cream helped me to heal redness of the skin on the face, neck and shoulders. I have used Cerave after shower and then applied ABENA, so it will not dry skin too much. Used it two times a week. Now just one time a week. Before sleep or in the evening. Great product: price and quality.

Hat mir sehr gut bei meiner trockenen Haut (Wange/Stirn) geholfen. Die Rötungen sind bereits nach der ersten Anwendung stark zurückgegangen und nach einigen Tagen konnte ich die Salbe wieder absetzen und bin dann auf eine normale Lotion umgestiegen. Allerdings zieht die Salbe nicht wirklich gut ein; das wäre aber auch der einzige Punkt, den es zu bemängeln gibt. Es ist halt eine Salbe und keine Lotion. Dennoch zu empfehlen.
