This really is a thick paste so less is more. I use this for redness around my nose and mouth, split corners of mouth, and on spots. I try not to use it too often as it's very occlusive and can actually worsen issues over time. But it's been an absolute game changer for me and takes down all inflammation. Very happy I found this!!

Very thick, great for soreness and cracks at the corner of my mouth (angular cheilitis)-healed after a few days-and you only need a tiny amount. However, it is very thick and heavy, so I don't recommend as an everyday hand cream, but as a "barrier" cream, it's great.

I bought this cream for my rosacea and it worked within one day! I put the tiniest bit on my cheeks and rub it in day and night. A brilliant product and an amazing price too!

I bought to help my son’s eczema but unfortunately didn’t help. However the product is of good quality, easy to apply, quite thick so a little goes along way.

Only a little is needed for skin irritation as it’s quite thick but spreads evenly, very easy to apply and calms the skin, I also like that it’s unscented and seeps well into the skin. Good value for money.

This product is amazing! I use it to reduce sweat accumulation in the bra area. Nothing else has worked so effectively! So those of us with a larger portion of upper body can benefit from this product massively! - I also use it as an added protectant against the sun, and I have found that because of this, it has actually helped the rosacea on my cheeks. Me funciona bien contra loa granos no los elimina por completo pero reduce inflamacion y no se llenan de pus. Ademas que tiene una consitencia que ayuda a que se quede bien en la piel.

Die beste Zinksalbe, die ich je hatte! Vermutlich liegt das an dem hohen Zinkgehalt, dass sie so gut wirkt. Die besten Erfahrungen haben wir bisher bei Herpes erzielt. Damit verschwindet dieser viel schneller als mit den herkömmlichen Cremes und Salben. Die Konsistenz ist auch relativ dick, aber trotzdem cremig.

I have atopic dermatitis and this cream helped me to heal redness of the skin on the face, neck and shoulders. I have used Cerave after shower and then applied ABENA, so it will not dry skin too much. Used it two times a week. Now just one time a week. Before sleep or in the evening. Great product: price and quality.
