Didn’t last the broke

I re-bought this product because I was very satisfied with my first purchase. However, the company changed the design of the clips in a way that makes it easy for them to loosen and come off. The earlier model had a knob mechanism that allowed you to cinch down the clip securely to the cover. In the “new” version the knob has been replaced with a slide mechanism that is supposed to tighten the clamp teeth to the car cover. However, this makes it easy for them to back off, allowing the clamp to drop free of the car cover. The old design was much better! Disappointed.
