I'm not one for writing reviews but on this occasion I feel this dehumidifier deserves one. I have just ordered another of these because it is well worth every penny. Better than my last one 'branded' one which leaked after six months. This one is quieter, and sucks in moisture beautifully. (It's actually frightening the amount of water that we don't realise is in the air!) Dries my washing quickly and efficiently and is very light and compact. It doesnt have the fancy extras like timers etc but I'm not bothered about all those things. All i want is for it to do its job efficiently and dry my washing during the winter which it does brilliantly. I highly recommend this item.

Updated to add a photo of the tank after a month. Not sure it's supposed to turn BLACK. Fantastic! I had a mini dehumidifier because I have to dry laundry indoors, and the house also gets humid easily, and while it helped, it couldn't keep up. This one is so much better. I set it to 50% humidity on Low. Someone else said it sounds like a fridge hum, and it does. Not too loud, my standing fan is louder. Even on low, the tank was half full within hours. Day 2 (after switching it off for the night), humidity was still lower than usual, and my laundry is dry in record time. Not to mention additional features - it switches off when the tank is full, it has an auto defrost function, it's on wheels if you need to move it, you can clean the filter, and it remembers the humidity level you set. I mean, what's not to love? For anyone who NEEDS a dehumidifier but doesn't want a typical huge, noisy unit, get this one!!

This is an excellent machine.. I have had it for three weeks and I have found it very easy to use. I have ground damp and it is drying the walls out. I leave it on all the time and only need to empty it when the red light flashes and it switches off. It is very quiet. The wheels make it easy to move without any force. There is no smell from itl. It looks good and is a good size for my Utility Room. The water tank capacity is 1.5 ltrs. I highly recommend it.

Excellent peice of kit. Keeps our bathroom mould free. Good capacity and comes on only when needed. Cheap to run. Just brought a second one for another room.

Bought this recently and honestly it surprised me in a good way. First night I ran it in the living room, the air stopped feeling sticky and the windows didn’t fog up as much in the morning, so I figured ok this thing actually works. The laundry mode has been the real win, clothes that used to take basically all day on the airer were dry in like half the time. Noise is alright, not silent but kind of a low hum you stop noticing unless you’re really listening for it. The tank fills quicker than I expected, so I ended up using the little hose into the sink which made life easier. Only thing that bugged me is in my colder spare room it felt slower, but I guess that’s normal for compressor ones. Build quality feels fine for the price. I wasn’t expecting miracles and it’s pretty much done what I hoped, so yeah, solid buy if you’re dealing with normal damp and indoor drying, not like full on mouldy basement stuff.

Unfortunately this unit worked perfectly since December 20th 2025 until February 7th 2026. I was most impressed with its dehumidifying capabilities until an EF message appeared on the information screen. I have tried everything I can to clear this message i.e. emptying the water from the base unit, drying it out for 48 hours, checking the float is working, gently wiping the water outlets and switching the machine off and on, trying to reboot it. Sadly I now see the window to return this item has passed. As it is only 6 weeks old and clearly faulty and unusable. I require a replacement or a refund please.
