Also, because when on meds, he snapped at someone, and it just wasn't worth the risk. It is fully adjustable, very smart and does the job nicely, even if he does not like it and tried to take it off every chance he got (he soon got used to it). Watch the fit over the muzzle, as if it is too tight it can cause serious discomfort (sorry pup).
