I was taking Vitamin C, Iron and B12 all separate so it’s nice to have it all in one pill. I have also changed my diet to add more iron and vitamin C. I haven’t had my levels checked again, but after 4 months I feel human again, energy back, no more hair loss. I take them every other day and on the Opposite Day take my multivitamin.

Not one to typically leave reviews but I am highly impressed by this supplement. I take one in the morning and wait about an hour before eating or drinking anything afterwards. It has raised my ferritin from 40 to 90 in 3 months!! I have not experienced digestion issues from it either. Does have a little bit of an iron test but that’s pretty much unavoidable with any iron supplement. Just ordered my second bottle!
