The suction is way stronger than the hand pumps

The vacuum cups do not hold suction very well, and keep falling off after 10 or 20 seconds. They must be bad design or defective. Tried with some old cups I had bought years ago and they stayed on my body fine, but these cups kept falling off. The gun works as advertised. So basically I bought this just for the gun. Also, it shows some magnetic connectors and scraping in the listing title and some photos of the magnets in description of this product, so makes you think you get the magnets and other items but they are not included.

I just got this today. 1st the box was not sealed. 2nd the gun has a blue scratch/dent. 3rd the usb plug in looks like it is damaged. Maybe used or from box being tossed around? Not sure. 4th, I don’t see a usb cord to charge it. How am I supposed to charge it? This will be going back!
