But...these are fine for walking around the house. That being said, I do not recommend the stairs with these as your foot could slip out due to no heel hold to keep your foot in them. I use mine when I get up, getting ready for bed, and getting in and after a shower. The material and warmth are nice. I didn't notice any arch support but why would a slip on have them? I like them, I just make sure of what I'm walking on since your foot is not secured in them. These will be great in the cold weather if the floors are cold.
