First I should admit I’m always a bit skeptical of capsules… contents can be easily tampered with. Second, I didn’t really notice a difference when taking them. I used to take only 25mg of another brand (NATROL) and found it very effective, I notice a change to my daily energy, mood and overall wellbeing but not with this brand. Lastly, and most importantly, I take this for fertility. With the last brand I had a successful pregnancy after two miscarriages after I started using DHEA.My child is now almost 18 months and we have been trying for another. Been taking this brand for a couple of months and just found out this pregnancy is not viable.. another miscarriage.
