Bought this for my husband. He absolutely loves it. Only pillow he will sleep with. It keeps his neck and head in the correct position while sleeping. It is medium firm to firm for the softness of the pillow. It has it's own cover that is washable so you don't need to put a pillow case on it. It keeps his head nice and cool compared to some that makes his head hot and sweats. He has slept better than he has in a very long time. He actually gets a good nights sleep with it. It did take a few nights to get use to it. He uses a CPAP mask and this helps keep them mask from moving due to he no longer tosses and turns. He has been using it for about a year now and is as good as the first day he used it.

I bought it because I'm a side sleeper, I grind my teeth, I have carpal tunnel in both hands, and I wake up with headaches, neck pain, and shoulder pain on top of the wrist pain. I'm a friggen mess. So I bought this hoping it would help. Laid on it for an hour and thought it was too hard. Full disclosure, my ears hurt at the time from teeth grinding, and I had lost about 30% of my hearing from Eustachian tube dysfunction from jaw clenching. (Told ya, I'm a mess). It hurt my ears and I put it in the closet. Since then, I found Botox for my jaw, and a lot of my issues got better. Maybe 75% better, so I stuck with my old pillow. I'm on the tail end of the Botox time period and it's starting to wear off, and I have 3 weeks before my next injection. I started having headaches again, and a new pain -- excruciating upper back pain. WTF??? So, after soaking in the hot tub, rolling on a lacrosse ball, and taking some THC to relax and sleep, it still wasn't helping. I brought out the pillow again as a last ditch effort. First night, I still thought it was hard, but my pain significantly decreased by morning. Second night, I put a silk pillowcase on it, and although its wasn't a dream pillow, I woke up with no headache, no shoulder or neck pain. I can tell that my neck and spine are in total neutral position laying on this thing. And my carpal tunnel is improving a bit so far because I don't have to sleep on my arms due to the shape of this pillow. So now I'm a fan. And I do think I'll get used to it's firmness rather quickly. But now I'm shocked at the pain relief. I only wish I had given it more of a shot months ago!UPDATE: my husband has stolen this pillow, and I purchased the Sharper Image Tomorrow Pillow. Same thing, just slightly softer. So now we're BOTH happy! In fact, I think I like the Sharper Image one better, even though I gave this one a glowing review. I would say that if you are sensitive to firmness, try the sharper image. If you like firm, go with this. Both are great.

Background: I am a 23 yr old Female who is 5’5 tall and weighs 111 lbs. I stretch daily and I am a runner so I am quite active. I am diagnosed with an inflammatory disease Ankylosing Spondylitis, 13 degree curvature in upper thoracic region, straight cervical spine syndrome and minor osteoarthritis with current multiple bulging discs throughout my entire spine. After several years of searching for a pillow to help ease my chronic cervical, thoracic, and lumbar pain, I bought this. I tried it out every single night for one month to give it a fair and honest review and now here I am! In my case, I am in dismay to say this pillow did not help my pain. I wish I could return this pillow and try something else out but the window closed two days ago. I will say though that I found this pillow actually to be comfortable and it had great support. I would even say it slightly improved my sleep in the fact that I woke up less during the night and sometimes not at all! I remember the first few nights of using this pillow I was hurting even more so than usual but this is expected since it is giving you such support. I powered through those first few uncomfortable nights and used it for one month and I am sad to say I will be trying another pillow out. This pillow got rid of some of my pain but yet caused stiffness/joint pain in another area. I believe that every person is a special case and this might’ve not been the right pillow for me due to the straightening of my cervical spine or maybe another reason. Who knows? I just want to say give this pillow a shot because I believe it really will help the majority of people with cervical pain. Just not everyone including special cases like me.

I wish I could say I woke up pain free after one night on this pillow, but that was not my experience. I got the Queen size soft because so many reviewers said the pillow was too hard. I slept on it for a couple of weeks. I definitely felt better in the morning, but not pain free. Tried my old pillow for a night and what a difference! My neck hurt so much in the morning! Back to this pillow, and things were better.I brought the pillow with me to a orthopedist appointment - he approved of the pillow in general, but said that it was too big for me. I ordered the regular size and all is good! The height fits the crook of my neck better, side sleeping is more comfortable too. Now I am walking up (nearly) pain free. And the pillow is firm but definitely not too hard. If anything, the queen size was too soft!NOTE: the pillow has really specific places for your head and neck depending on position. If you more around in your sleep and don't align yourself properly, the pillow won't function as intended. I don't have a problem with the small, but with the queen size I was waking up a lot (which I do anyway lol) to re-adjust. Size does matter!(Also, my husband says my "snoring" is softer with the pillow)

I really like this pillow! I have neck issues from a whiplash injury and have troubles sleeping on almost any pillow. Sometimes I have to sleep without a pillow all together. This pillow is really comfortable and I won't sleep without it. I am mostly a side sleeper and it's still really nice to sleep on. I also like the cutouts for my arms. Lastly... I got the "soft" one. If you like a soft pillow definitely order the soft version. It's not super soft, but I certainly wouldn't want it to be harder.

Busqué para mi pareja una almohada que le redujera la tensión y el dolor en el cuello porque tiene las cervicales rectificadas. Nunca había imaginado que existían almohadas de mejoraran no solamente la posición sino también la respiración al dormir.Se siente blanda y frágil, pero parece que es parte de la función que cumple.Tambien es fresca (vivimos en zona cálida y no usamos mucho el aire acondicionado), el sudor no se pega a la almohada y no huele. Me dice que no es caliente y suda menos.Yo no tengo problemas con las cervicales pero quiero una de estás.Muy feliz de la compra, mi pareja se siente mejor y eso nos hace bien.

Tiene una protuberancia como bola de un lado que me ha provocado bastantes dolor de cuello y yo solo la buscaba por comodidad pues anteriormente ya había tenido otra similar solo que ya no está esa marca es una pena pues en varias otras cuestiones sí me ha gustado la almohada como la altura el material su funda no sé por qué razón se les habrá hecho eso si se supone que se hacen con medidas exactas de máquina gracias

Si es comodo. Pero esta bajita la almohada.

Esta muy regular en general, a parte se siente extremadamente suave en donde se supone da soporte y confort para el cuello. No lo recomiendo.
