The product is good. Price is affordable. Quality is good but the top of bed has white colour if, any other options available it is better. Overall package, material qualy, softness all are good. Timely delivery done.

Good for sleeping, not for sitting. Backpain relief.
Extremely comfortable and reduced backpain immediately after initial use. Good quality. Not a comfortable mattress for prolonged sitting though, as you tend to sink deeper into the spot of sitting... But its best for sleeping. Highly recommended.

No warranty for lost firmness and elasticity
The foam spring loses the tension in like a month. They do not tell you that since you are buying from Amazon, you have to register the warranty separately, within a month, else it would be void and null. On top of that, if the tension spring loses its firmness, there's no help for that. My slip disc went from bas to worse in a month sleeping on this piece of crap.

Not worth of money.
After three months of using this product I am writing this comment. I purchased 6 inc this matter believe more the thickness more is comfortable but nothing is like that. Back pain still remains also these mattress not comfortable if you want to sit and do any work. It's better to buy 3 to 4 thick matters.
