Great night guard! It's very thin and comfortable and I barely notice it. Much better than other guards I've used in the past. The fitting process is straightforward and easy, but I still managed to mess up part of the guard. My fault. I reached out to the seller and they replaced it for me, no questions asked. Amazing customer service! It's getting harder and harder to find that these days.

After giving me a VERY THOROUGH explanation about the mouthguard, the material it’s made of and how it worked, they offered me a full refund. My review was my honest opinion, but not being suitable for me might not be another persons case. While I gave this mouthpiece a one star, I have to give this company a five star! So if your considering buying it, give it a shot. I assure you if you have any problem, they will make it right by you. I wanted a longer lasting mouthguard as the VERY THOROUGH explanation about the material and the have to say Vinyl Acetate (EVA) don't last as long. After research, I decided on this one. This mouthguard is VERY uncomfortable. Took various attempts to fit properly, therefore almost melted the piece and made it unusable. I watched the video and read the instruction various times to make sure to do it correctly. After multiple attempts I was able to fit it to my mouth. The material is hard, and it bothers/hurts my gums a bit. I guess it will take a while to accustom to it. I microwaved it like the video says. It took me a couple of times in the microwave to adjust it to my mouth, and I was able to fit it so I could close my mouth. If I can’t get use to the stiff material, I'll stick to the clear Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) material ones even with them lasting less. I have a professional dental custom made one, but they are too expensive to have more than one for backup. So I bought this one for backup.

I was surprising impressed with how durable listing actually was along with how easy it was to follow the instructions and get it to mold exactly the way I wanted it to. Perfect thickness to not mess with your bite. The size is whatever you need to be, but I can tell this definitely would cover large bites as well. Thin but durable plastic. I thought being as soon as it was, I would be able to manipulate it just by wearing it, but you can’t really mess with it unless you’re getting it up to a certain temp, which is what you do to mold it. When it is at a certain temp, it’s like silly putty that’s holds it shape. Doesn’t shift or move because it’s molded and seated in my bite. Easy to pop in and out. If you mess up just sink that area in the hot water again and mold it with either your fingers or put it back in and press it down how you want it to fit. Perfect size for anyone. Great price for the quality I wasn’t anticipating theirs to be.

Finally a niteguard that actually fits. You can tell this is different than the many gel/plastic niteguards, so it was a new way to fit. Once you try it you feel it is lighter, allows air circulation. And has a perfect fit. Im a small size and just turned 70! Ive been using niteguards for 30 years-- broken thru, didn't fit, didn't stop my tmj/grinding. This does. It took a bit of tweaking. Stay with it.

OMG. Wonderful product! Feels so much better than other mouth guard options. Teeth grinder here... so using it while sleeping means it must be comfortable. I actually look forward to using it! No headaches or mouth pain in the mornings! I think it helped me stop snoring too... lol Sounds crazy but I dont snore will wearing this! Worth every penny!

This mouth guard works well, when it fits well. The main problem I've been having, and this has been indicated by others on here, is that it doesn't keep it's shape. When it's warm and initially fit, it fits your mouth well. Once it cools, either air cool or water cool, it tends to shrink. For me to use it nightly, I have to run it under hot water every night to stretch it out and re-form it to my mouth. Once it's fit correctly, for that night, it works well, low profile, and has enough material in the back to keep your teeth apart so none of them grind together. My biggest complaint is the shrinking. If you need one and don't mind refitting, I would recommend this. But having to reform it every night gets old pretty quick. If you don't, it's going to fit tight and make your teeth hurt.

This mouth guard may be useful for some people who have perfectly aligned teeth, but it does not work for people like me who have had lots of crown work on molars, broken from years of grinding my teeth. The mouth guard did not form well when I fit it to my teeth. The alignment runner for the back teeth did not align properly. Parts of the air hole sides are flattened and lay on the surface of my molars which threw off the alignment of the rest of the guard on that side. The guard itself is so stiff, it has no give when I insert it for the night. It rubs against my gums and inside of my lips and is very uncomfortable. I've tried reshaping it several times, but the alignment ridges are completely destroyed in the back of the guard. I had watched the video several times prior to attempting the shaping process. Also, I wear bifocals and it is difficult to look, in the mirror, at the alignment lines in the front when I have to tilt my head back to see out of my bifocals. They must have tested this product on people with perfect sight and teeth, like in the video, but it is just not feasible for an older person with real life issues.
