Small, not for replacing a suitcase
So I really like the size of this backpack. Yes, it’s on the small side, but I put all the things I could think of that I’d be taking on a trip with me in it and it held it all just fine. I even put a sweatshirt in the inside and still had a lot of room. To me, this is not the appropriate size to use as a carryon in place of a suitcase, but to carry things like iPad, phone, headphones, id, snacks, etc. this will work perfectly. It looks as though it’s very well made and durable and I’m super excited to start using it.

Excellent Backpack
Love this backpack. Stylish and durable. Just the right size. I've actually received several unsolicited compliments on it.

Great quality and design!
Great design, great quality but somehow small and the same time compact.

Good Build, Nice Structure, but a bit too small.
Tough canvas, YKK zippers, a pleasant amount of pockets that has the right amount of stiffness and a proper structure a bag should have that maintains it's shape well. I have the larger one that I personally use for international travel that looks great sun-kissed and beaten up after trekking up and down Southeast Asia. So when I wanted to get a school book bag for my daughter I thought of getting her a similar one. Figured it would get the same amount of abuse as I would dragging around her books...Turns out the 20 inch is just too small of a bag to carry a decent amount of stuff. Even for a 5th grader, this is just way too small to carry the typical amount of books you gotta carry for school. So if you're adding to the shopping cart and wondering if you should go bigger, you probably should. I returned it for the normal sized, larger version. Pro tip, take the silly bungee cord off the pack, looks cooler. Who's gonna strap their socks or their hoodie on that anyway?

Compact and lightweight
Compact lightweight. My computers fit well, and it has reflective patches that helped me to be seen at night.

Great Backpack
I bought this for my wife. She saw a lot of people have this brand when we went to Europe. She uses it everyday. It's lightweight. It doesn't hurt her shoulders. It's durable. It fits under your seat in an airplane just fine. It fits everything she likes to carry with her.

College Student (Height: 5'0, Petite build)
It's a cute backpack but this backpack hurts my lower back. It just sits weird on my back. You can kind of see from the pictures that the points on contact are my shoulders and my lower back. If I pull the straps up more it hurts my shoulders and they feel like they're going to cramp. It could be a me issue. I am a University student, so I mainly just carry my laptop, tablet, and a folder or two in there. I have had this backpack for about a year now, though and the material is sturdy, not waterproof, though maybe a little water resistant.
