Will these be warm enough for snow/freezing weather?

"Thankfully" we haven't needed to use these boots YET (we live in Upstate NY where we get lots of cold & snowy weather), but they seem like they are well insulated and lined so I feel with a nice warm pair of socks they will be just fine.
