Is this the one? Thanks!** A: Sorry I haven't used it to grate parmigiana cheese. I use it mainly for carrots but it doesn't produce long pieces. I think it would work with a hard cheese if you run it down rather than short shredding up and down. It is good for carrots and produces moist pieces that taste really good.
