I love it and carry it with me, it's so handy to have this portable device while out and about so you can use anywhere and anytime, on yourself, or others if they could benefit from it too :)

Was recommended to use on my dogs dodgy hip. Am careful to keep it moving incase it gets too hot but I'm not sure it does and the dog likes the attention and it does seem to help her.

The torch with a red light ,cause that what it is, has not done a thing for the joint and muscle pain on our family member. No heat, no therapy, no relief, nothing. The only useful purpose that it might be good for is a signal lamp and then if you are only close. The presentation is good with a neat case and that but this we believe is gaslighting in that you think it may work on you. We would also like to see positive and physical proof that it actually does what it says on the listing. The size is compact and that it is light in weight but not value for money if it does nothing. Sorry but not for us.

This product is excellent and is helping my very inflamed ankle to recover. It is easy to use and does not, as I have read in some of the reviews, overheat. I am very pleased with this item.

it looks impressive and small enough to fit in a handbag or suitcase or even pocket; thats where there good news is. operationally and benefits wise, it is completely useless, did not have any benefit despite using it a number of times and worse, it gets really hot to hold. it is light weight but power performance is abysmal and definitely not value for money

This red light torch is actually a pretty reasonable price (£13.80 when I got it); and does have the distinct advantage of being properly portable. That means you can aim it at places that you otherwise wouldn’t, such as around elbows (in my case currently). You zap it for 5 minutes a couple of times a day, and hope it works, basically! I’m a big believer in red light therapy, and already have a Beurer red light device and use it every day. The actual strength of this seems fine to me, but there are a couple of issues: 1/ While it is portable, it’s also a phaff to hold it in one spot for 5 minutes. And actually, you still can’t do your back. If you have lower back issues (or around your shoulders or upper neck); then I’d look elsewhere. 2/ The biggest issue however is the heat around the actual body of the torch, which is metal. It gets ridiculously hot. After one five minute session it is too hot to hold with bare hands. I had to hold it with padded paper to insulate against the conducted heat. I would say it borders on dangerous. Honestly not sure I trust this device enough to keep using it. I like the portability, and I think the red light seems fine. But it is just too hot to hold; and that is a major red flag for me.

I don’t normally write reviews but I suffer from cold sores and have tried creams, antibiotic tablets etc all with very minimal effect. My son googled the benefits of light therapy and concluded that infra red looked useful. I bought this little torch as an experiment and I have to say I am really pleased. I had a huge outbreak on Sunday and within 3 days it has almost gone. Totally unheard of before. If you suffer with these horrible things definitely give it a try. It doesn’t hurt, is not expensive, easy to use and is rechargeable. It comes with a cable and hard storage case.
