Great product, very easy to change filter even the kids could do it ( BUT DONT LET THEM FOR SAFETY REASONS ). We hadn’t changed our from new which was 2 years haha I know it’s wrong should be every 6 months. The product is a bit pricey but I could definitely taste the difference so worth it.

We replace this filter once a year (should be twice a year I think) and I prefer to buy the genuine article even if it is more expensive. That way I have no stress about it fitting and it working. This takes seconds to change and starts doing its job straightaway. I’m happy.
