I recently upgraded my defunct DVR to a Hiseeu 5MP DVR. The improvement there was great enough but I wanted to check out a 5MP cam compared to my 2MP cams.Day time: very vibrant color images, clear depth of field, Color at early dawn, long before my other cams.Night time: This is where this cam shines, literally, I'd have to guess this is maybe the second True 0.003 lux sensor in one of my cameras. I can't get over the improvement in IR imaging of the model.Zoom: non existent Only a PT not PTZ cam, but it was well enough described as PT only.Durability: in question as I've had it maybe 2 weeks.Pictured: before 2MP - after 5MP - daylightBTW that night shot is over 150 feet (60 ft advertised)Update: I had one camera malfunction the other day (almost a year) P/T failed while trying to spot an midnight intruder (black bear). I was able to get a response via email at [email protected] but not by phone.King Kong (not kidding) quickly sent out a replacement under the warranty and I had it within a couple days. I installed the faulty unit in Mecha Kong to correct his failing vision. ; )

Seemed to be a great PTZ option till it stopped working after installing, setup and calibration. Very disappointed with my first product from this manufacturer.

The first one I ordered did not show any sign of working, except the LED's would come on if the sensor isblocked, but no picture at all. The replacement I got is working good! The picture clarity is much better than I hope for, especially at night! Not really sure why the first one did not work, I couldn't access the menu at all, I suspect it was set for a different format. Now it is working very well, very satisfied with it! The clarity during the day and night, made my other cameras look much worse now. Got to replace them too. Soon!

Camera works fine good picture

The media could not be loaded. I really like these cameras. The price is great for the quality and features. I've wanted to add a couple of PTZ cameras to my system for quite a while. Having an analog system without wireless capability the choices for reasonably priced cameras is limited. I upgraded to a Hiseeu DVR and two Hiseeu PTZ cameras in addition to 7 existing analog cameras and everything works perfectly. Hiseeu customer service was very quick to respond to my questions about compatability.

Bought 4 and only 2 still work after a month, the 2 that work great and have nice pix only wish they all worked, sometimes they act up on pan and tilt, have to unplug them for them to work correct

Had a hard time seeing objects on my old cameras at night so these cameras were a significant improvement at night. Have very clear picture duringthe day and love the tilt and pan option.

It’s not 5mp no audio don’t buy it I contacted the seller seller does not care
