Couldn't chew gum 8 years due to braces
I have a lot to say about this. I am interested in this gum because I want to breathe through my nose better. I found out about Theodore Belfor's research through Joe Rogan's interview of James Nestor. I took to this information rather quickly because my mother had previously talked to me about how archaeologists were finding ancient human skulls with perfect teeth, slightly larger jaws and slightly wider faces. These researchers were coming up with all kinds of hypotheses to explain the difference, and they were often related to diet or breastfeeding. I looked into a local practitioner who can issue Theodore Belfor's homeoblock device, but when I found out about its price of around $11,000, I started looking for other ways. Chewing gum seems the most natural, and I have a lot of catching up to do as I did have braces for 8 years, from the age 8 to the age 16. For those who may not know, the orthodontist forbids you from chewing gum when you have braces. It's probably no surprise that I didn't turn out to be someone who enjoyed chewing gum after being forbidden from doing it at the impressionable age of 8, having to wait until 16 for that ban to lift, and also not being allowed to do it in school. I'm 30 now, my face is slim, I don't breathe through my nose well, and the roof of my mouth is kind of thin and my tongue doesn't fit there well. It feels like it's too far back, if that's truly a spot my tongue should be comfortable in. Additionally, my lower jaw is too big for my face. Or, is my face too small for my lower jaw? Well, if it's really true that chewing makes bone grow in the center of the skull, then my problem probably is a small face. Chewing for just one day felt like it made a difference breathing that night. I am not suggesting I actually made a significant difference in the shape of my skull from chewing this gum for a few hours in one day. But, I do think that the exercise could have helped my sinuses drain better during the day, and I breathed through my nose while and after chewing the gum. I think both of these contributed to my breathing better at night. I've been chewing it for a few weeks now, and I do need to take it slowly, as it seems my jaw muscles are underdeveloped. I am assuming this based on how sore they get and what the soreness feels like from chewing this gum, and my lack of a history chewing gum. I am deciding to skip days based on what it feels like to massage the muscles near my temples, and I think it is important for some people who would be interested in this gum to understand this as they may need to do it themselves to avoid injury. It's kind of disappointing to have to take this slow, as I'm actually really starting to enjoy chewing this gum. I didn't expect to kind of get into the habit, but I want to do it frequently now. I sometimes randomly feel like something is missing when I'm not eating and gum isn't in my mouth. I think the exercise is good for you, and the longer you chew it for, the harder the gum gets. Also, I wasn't sure how the flavor would be with a sort of niche gum like this, but I really like it. It is a solid mint flavor, but I would love more flavors. I'm definitely going to get bored of mint eventually. Overall, I think this gum is going to work well for me long term I have also had an issue with my jaw where sometimes when I yawn, a tendon "pops" over part of my jaw bone (or something like that... It was explained to me a long time ago by an orthodontist who winced severely after I did it while she had her hand on my face), and my jaw gets uncomfortably "gristle-y" for the rest of the day after it happens. This issue has been reduced significantly from chewing this gum. I'm starting to think orthodontics could be replaced with a proper amount of chewing from a very young age for some percentage of the population. At the very least, I think orthodontics should make itself more compatible with gum chewing, and chewing gum should be more allowed and encouraged in school. So, in summary, I think the hardness of this gum is good, the flavor is excellent, and it feels like chewing more than just what it takes to feed myself is good for me.

Great Health Investment!
I got this gum on a whim, curious to see if I would notice anything different by using it. In terms of effectiveness, initially, I was skeptical about how chewing gum could truly strengthen my jaw muscles, but after consistent use, I noticed a difference. The first time I used this gum for a few hours my jaw was sore. After using this gum a few times a week I not only experienced less discomfort in my jaw, especially after long periods of talking or chewing tough foods, but I also felt a subtle improvement in the definition of my jawline. Also, the gum itself has a good flavor that lasts for a long time which makes using this gum a better experience. In terms of drawbacks, the main issue I encountered was the price. Jaw-strengthening gum tends to be more expensive than regular chewing gum, which could be a deterrent for some. However, considering the investment I find it worth it. This brand is also more competitively priced than other options I saw on Amazon. Overall, I highly recommend this gum to anyone looking to improve their jaw muscle strength or simply enhance their overall oral health. While it may require a bit of patience and consistency to see significant results, the potential benefits make it a valuable addition to any health and fitness routine. So, if you're ready to strengthen your jaw and unlock a healthier smile, give this gum a try – your jaw will thank you for it!

It's exactly what you would expect
Been using this gum for about 2 months now and im unsure if it helps with jawline sharpening, though may masseter muscle do become tired and fatigued after normal gum use. Notes: - good flavor, - flavor lasts for too short of a time :( - hardness and stiffness lasts throughout all the chewing. - unsure if I would buy again but worth the shot!

It's regular gum!
Wasted of good money! It too soft, it doesn't work any of the muscles in your jaw

Suggestion for product
I would of bought this if it weren’t for the artificial sweeteners. I suggest replacing all the sweeteners you guys use with erythritol, stevia or both. And I guarantee this would sell more since all the other flavored hard jaw gums on the market have artificial sweeteners. Truly natural gum will always be as simple as the gum base( mastic or whatever type of gum it is) the flavor (menthol, mint extract etc) and finally a natural gut friendly sweetener such as stevia or monk fruit.

The best jawline gum on the market
I previously bought the bag of the little square pieces and it was good. This one is better. It taste so much better, the individually wrapped pieces is nice. I will say this gum is not quite as tough, but you can always double up on the pieces

Medium hard chew
I can chew on this gum for three hours and I can feel my jaw get tired. The texture feels like you've been chewing on a regular gum for the whole day , not much flavor and medium hard. If you don't care about flavor and love a good chew then this is the gum for you. I've had this gum for about three weeks now and I can feel my muscle flexing as I chew. I recommend it.

Noticeable changes within a month
After a few weeks my friends started noticing it and about a month I started noticing it looking at my old pictures vs my newer ones. Tastes great but the flavor doesn't last long. But it definitely does what it's meant to do.

Not as hard as claimed and bit expensive for what you get
