3/10/24. The below was my review made a few weeks ago however I have to say the seller reached out to me and was more than responsive. Not only did they send me a new product they also refunded me the money I paid. I no longer have access to that card or the funds because it was a work FSA card which was only valid for use last year but the fact that the seller was willing to go above and beyond to make the issue right is a true testament to their character. Although I have not yet tried the new product, I truly appreciate that they took all the necessary steps to address the issue. ***Please note that the seller never asked me to change my review but I think it is only right. Thanks again Auxiolev!!*** --------------------------------------------- I ordered and paid $62.99 for this product and it was delivered along with other items while I was away on vacation. Unfortunately, I only got an opportunity to open, charge, and try this item. Although my fault for checking so late, I expected the neck massager to work with no issues however this is not the case. The item turns on but will not massage or heat and of course, I am outside the return window. Yay me!! I think it is grossly ridiculous/unfair that a seller would sell a faulty item without recourse. Shame on you Auxiolev. Buyer beware!!!

Perhaps I expected more, but I only feel slight pulse’s coming out of this thing. Guess I’ll keep trying.

This device is amazing!! Its super convenient and easy to use. I am able to wear all day at work and get the benefits without it being a distraction. Its very light and comfortable on. The vibration level is perfect. I have some pinched muscles in my neck that radiate pain into my shoulder and this feels absolutely amazing. My only wish is that is stayed charged longer, but it charges fairly quickly so thats not an issue, I just never want to take it off to charge it. If you are familiar with a tense until this is essentially what it is without the wires and sticky pads. Love it wish I had discovered it sooner.

I got this neck massager because my neck's been hurting, it's been great. The heat and pulse settings feel good and really help me relax. Super easy to use, with a bunch of modes and levels to pick from. I’ve been using it every day, and it definitely helps loosen things up. I used to rely on a heating pad, but this is on a whole other level. Honestly, I wish I’d found it sooner. Precaution make sure to wet your neck first. The size is more for women than men.

I bought this without knowing how it works and thought that it could help me massage my neck anywhere and saw that it’s cordless which also made me buy. When I received it, the remote isn’t working, the heat isn’t too strong, and the massage isn’t too strong but sometimes it does. I put 3 star because it’s cordless and you can use it anywhere

When power on it turn off or if stays on the heat setting will turn back blue so u keep pressing the button. You don’t feel any massage, it has a tiny little feel like a tickle but nothing else, u keep pressing the button to see if it will do something but nothing, total disappointment. Don’t buy waste of money I raise my review because the seller reach out to me to help me with product. Their customer service was excellent. They give me some ideas to see if it would work but it seems the machine itself is not working how it intend to. The weight of the machine around your neck was not heavy . Thank you again.

This never worked for me ! Useless! Total waste of money until in all my neck pain , I forgot that i had it ! No comfort, no heat , no ease of use !! Very dissatisfied!
