Amount of omega-3 per capsule is lower than expected
I didn’t like the idea of taking two capsules to get that dose of omega-3 and vitamin D. The information available on Amazon suggested that you could achieve that by taking one capsule

Étonnant lorsque l’on ouvre la boîte et que l’on découvre les gélules qui paraissent importantes et qui en fait s’avale sans souci avec un léger petit goût de citron. Ce qui est intéressant c’est d’avoir de la vitamine D3 et oméga en même temps à bonne dose. Pour ma part, je les prends en mangeant le midi. Très bonne tolérance au niveau du corps, aucun effet secondaire et aucun soucis de digestion.

Ich nehme jede Früh eine Kapsel und kann es nur empfehlen. Es tut gut und nach ca. vier Wochen hatten sich meine Werte verbessert. Keine Nebenwirkungen und kein Fischgeschmack.
