Must have in these times of high AQI
This is one of the best supplement that can keep one healthy....especially for fighting the growing pollution. it tastes like chavanpra..sh, but better, think of the goodness your body is gaining. Please have it twice daily if you are out in the open all day or a smoker. A family member recovered from a major Bronchitis attack recently, and I am not the one for prescriptions.. Amastha was a wonder.
