I cannot recommend the Litter-Robot 4 enough — it has completely transformed the way I manage my cats’ litter. From day one, my cats adjusted to it far more easily than I expected. They were curious at first, but within a day or two, it became their normal litter box without any hesitation. One of the biggest improvements for me is how little litter tracking there is compared to a traditional litter box. The design really helps keep the area cleaner, and I’m spending far less time sweeping up around the litter mat. The app is fantastic — I get real-time updates on when the waste drawer needs emptying, when litter levels are low, and even usage tracking for both cats. It takes all the guesswork out of maintenance, so I never have to wonder if it’s time for a clean or top-up. Another huge plus is how quiet it is. I expected it to be a little noisy during cycles, but it’s so much quieter than anticipated — you can barely hear it running, even in the same room. Safety-wise, it’s incredibly reassuring to know the cycle stops instantly if a cat is detected. I’ve seen it in action, and it gives complete peace of mind that there’s no risk to my pets. Overall, the Litter-Robot 4 is worth every penny. It’s cleaner, smarter, and safer than any litter box I’ve ever used — a genuine game changer for both me and my cats.

It’s very expensive but great addition. I find the litter box smaller than the litter robot 3 but the 4 is more compact. Sometimes it stops and takes a while to empty but all in its a fab invention, not sure it’s that much better than cheaper ones available and weight recognition only works if on laminate or Lino.

Absolutely a pice of furniture essential in your household if you own a cat. We do have 3 cats and this changed our life in good as we do t have to worry every si how day to clean The all litters , doesn't smell and when we travel is perfect and really practical for who is looking after your cats

I am so close to returning this. They've just announced the LR5 so you'd hope they'd have perfected the LR4 over the years. Apparently not. I could not get the robot to connect to the app properly. It never updated the litter levels and never told me when the cats had visited. I have reset it numerous times and folded everything I can find online. This is ¾ of a grand! It should be perfect straight out of the box! I've had a PetKit Puramax for several years now and not had a single issue. I decided to upgrade to the LR4 due to the size meaning I can put it in the alcove I want. I might just send this back and buy another PetKit, at least I know they work. So glad I've got until the need of January to return it.

I was hoping this would be better than another very well known litter robot which stopped working just after the warranty ran out. Unfortunately not. This arrived today, and all ready has problems, no idea if it works when my cats use it. It connected initially a couple of times, it said the connection was good, but was still saying it was offline, so I moved it. I've now tried connecting it 50 odd times and counting, hard reset, nothing. Yet everything else in my house has no problems. I know I'll get this working eventually, just not as easy as I was hoping it'd be! Really hope my cats use it after all the messing around, and time wasted.

I have a bit of a love and hate relationship with this thing. I definitely got swept up in the hype about how it would revolutionise cat toileting, and I liked the idea of making life simpler when we have a cat sitter in. I can absolutely see the appeal in theory, but I don’t think this is going to suit every household. Before you spend a lot of money on it, please do your research. Read user reviews, check the forums, and watch real-world video reviews from people who’ve lived with one for a while. I bought our Litter Robot 4 at the end of May, so we’ve had around six months of use. One of our cats will use it roughly half the time, but our other cat has never gone near it. I’ve tried every suggestion to encourage her, but she’s eight years old and perfectly happy with her wood pellet tray. I’ve been using World’s Best corn litter so far, and once this bag is finished I’ll switch to a clay-based litter to see if that makes any difference. Reliability has also been a bit of a mixed experience. Within the first month I started getting issues with the cycle stopping, a solid red light, and warnings about a curious cat even though no one was near it. After a lot of back and forth with Whisker support, I was sent a replacement base. This is where I’ll add a top tip for anyone buying theirs from Amazon: register your machine with Whisker as soon as possible. You can contact them via live chat and send a screenshot of your Amazon order as proof of purchase. That gets you your two-year warranty, and you can also buy extended cover if you want it. Whisker support have been helpful and I did get the replacement quickly, but the whole situation has made me realise how dependent you become on their warranty process. If you have any issues at all, you really do need that support in place. From a day-to-day perspective, I think the Litter Robot looks great and I understand why many people swear by it. In another situation I might feel the same. It does keep smells at bay and when it works it's great. Emptying the drawer every few days, giving the globe a quick wipe down, and a monthly deep clean hasn’t been my reality as I’m still having to keep the old tray system going for the other cat who won’t use the robot, so it hasn’t quite been the convenient setup I hoped for. It's a lot of money to spend and In hindsight I think I’ve probably wasted my money, and if I could go back in time, I wouldn’t buy one. If you’re thinking about buying one, make sure you go in with realistic expectations and do plenty of research. It’s clever, but it isn’t magic, and it won’t suit every cat or every household.

Ils pourront se soulager a l'aise là,c'est grand,très grand! On dirait une capsule extra terrestre avec ce design spécial. Beau produit . A voir si les chatons s'adaptent vite. Je recommande malgré le tarif exorbitant et le seul coloris blanc dispo sur Amazon.

Ich habe zwei der Toiletten nun fast ein Jahr. - Einrichtung: Die Einrichtung ist super einfach und im Heft auch super erklärt. Ich nutze außerdem die App, mit der ich ebenfalls zufrieden bin. - Eingewöhnung: Die zwei nun schon älteren Katzen hatten anfangs etwas Angst vor dem Drehen. Nachdem ich das Drehen für längere Zeit abgeschaltet hatte und sie sich an das Gehäuse gewöhnt hatten, beobachteten sie eine Weile interessiert das Tun. Inzwischen achten sie nicht mehr darauf. -Tüten: Mir war es wichtig, eine Maschine zu kaufen, bei der ich nicht vom Kauf besonderer Tüten abhängig bin. Hier passen die ganz normalen 50L Tüten. - Gehäuse: Das Gehäuse lässt sich wirklich gut, wie im Werbefilm abnehmen und Reinigen. Einziges Manko (und deswegen auch einen Stern Abzug) ist die Fixierung des Siebs. Mein Kater spritzt gerne auch mal hoch und man kann hinter dem Sieb nicht gut sauber machen, ohne wohl auf Dauer eine Neigung zu erzeugen. Hier würde ich mir wünschen, dass das Sieb komplett herausnehmbar wäre. - Streu: Ich nutze die Marke ZooRoyal, Ultra Klumpstreu. Das im Rewe Markt zu erhaltene Bio Klumpstreu erwies sich bei mir als nicht geeignet. Die größeren Steinchen von Catsan rutschten bei mir einfach durch. - Reinigungseffizienz: Das Klo reinigt super. Ich habe den Timer inzwischen auf 7 Minuten eingestellt. Ausgenommen sind Toilettengänger meines Katers, der gerne einmal quer Beet spritzt. Hierbei bleiben manchmal Reste unter, oder hinter dem Sieb hängen, die ich dann doch mit einer Schaufel abkratze. Meine Katzen kratzen seit je her am Gehäuse der Toiletten, anstatt ihren Kot/Urin zu verscharren. Trotzdem bilden sich gute Klümpchen, die ordentlich im Fach landen. - Sicherheit: Der Sensor reagiert jedes Mal, wenn einer meiner Katzen, oder meine Hände im Gehäuse sind. Er stoppt dann kurz und dreht sich dann nach einer gewissen Zeit wieder weiter. FAZIT: Ausgenommen von dem nicht herausnehmbaren Sieb bin ich mit den Toiletten sehr zufrieden. Sie ermöglichen mir auch mal über Nacht weg zu bleiben, oder leichter einen Katzensitter finden. Die App sagt mir bescheid, wie voll die Schublade ist, sodass ich nicht mehr jeden Tag (oder früher mehrmals am Tag) in die Toilette schauen muss. Geruch nehme ich nur dann wahr, wenn die Toilette sich dreht und damit die Öffnung kurz offen steht. Im Sommer wechsle ich das Tüten Fach allerdings vorbeugend häufiger.
