I’m always singing the praises of Magnesium Glycinate. I had an accident back in October and ended up with something like trigeminal neuralgia. It was horrendous and changed so much including my sleep. I had to start wearing a night-guard which was a nightmare in itself. Laying my head down on the pillow felt like trying to settle a bowling ball and the awareness of the night-guard kept me tense. Sleep even though I’d never really feel rested used to be a welcome retreat but now it was tortuous. I hate taking pills so when someone suggested taking a pain reliever I balked at first but then thought, what if there’s a natural muscle relaxer? Enter Magnesium Glycinate It’s been a game changer. My trigeminal neuralgia symptoms have lessened significantly and I’m having the best 6 hour windows of sleep of my life even with my wild dreams and hypnogogic states. I’m someone who, perhaps because of neurodivergence, things just don’t work for but this worked immediately and amazingly. All the stars!!

Vimergy Magnesium cured my herniated disks. I had 10 herniated disks, degenerative disks, pain in the left SI joint and later developed extreme pain in right hip. The MRI. showed no issue in the hip area but revealed the last 3 herniations that were discovered. I have don't tons of therapies and go to about 85 percent better. Once I developed the extreme pain in my right hip I realized it was a muscle spasm. I started taking the magnesium and it went away in two days but to my surprise all my painful herniations disappeared in about two weeks. I believe my back muscles began to relax from the magnesium and my disks moved back into place. I learned from my posture therapy; Egoscue, that muscles move bones and bones don't move muscles. I took 6 capsules a day and maintain 4 caps a day. During summer months with extreme heat and sweating my back acts up but I just increase the dose to 6 caps at night. Yes, it does help me sleep much better, it has a tremendous calming effect. The magnesium has also improved my mobility due to much less muscle tightness. Best stuff I have ever taken. Replacing magnesium lost in electrolyte when sweating and lack of this mineral in diet has gotten me to feel the best I have ever felt. This supplement is high quality.

I have already consumed three bottles of this product and highly recommend it. I take them at night, as they have significantly improved my sleep quality. I feel more relaxed and tranquil, and I wake up with less body aches, depending on my activities the previous night. Notably, I do not experience pain or discomfort from a long day of work. I appreciate the inclusion of turmeric and ginger root, which I find beneficial. However, I would prefer a more potent turmeric extract, so I add a pinch of pepper to my water before taking the pills. Interestingly, this product has not caused any stomach upset for me, despite not having a gallbladder. Magnesium citrate, on the other hand, does have a negative impact on my stomach. The optimal time to take this product (morning, night, or midday) may vary depending on individual preferences. There is no unpleasant aftertaste or burping sensation associated with it. Overall, I am satisfied with the product’s quality and the purity of its ingredients.

Take it before the bed time. Relaxes body muscles really good and sometimes it’s hard to wake up.

Mir ist auf Magnesium oft schlecht geworden. Magnesium braucht ja immer einen Träger und den vertrage ich eben super gut. Dass dieses Produkt (Vimergy Magnesium / Glycinat) wirkt, merke ich daran, dass meine verkrampfte Nackenmuskulatur besser geworden ist. Nehme ich es nicht, wird sie wieder unbeweglicher. Mir hilft es, ich habe es schon zum zweiten Mal bestellt.
