Very helpful supplement for glucose regulation and lipid metabolism
My doctor prescribed Berberine, specifically this product by SFI Health, last fall to help with my glucose regulation and lipid metabolism based on results in routine bloodwork. When I started taking it, I couldn't believe what a difference it made to my digestion. I no longer have problems with gas and indigestion. For me, it's really a fantastic improvement for my health, and extremely effective.

Exceeds results of Metformin, and not just for me!
Just diagnosed with early diabetes. Doc wanted me to take Metformin, but my friends who take it don't like it. Doc suggested Berberine. I used to work in the health supplement industry and know that quality is an issue. My research turned up a clinical study on the NIH website that was a head-to-head comparison of Berberine and Metformin, with Berberine a huge winner! It also improved lipid numbers.
