Is NOT comparable to what I was previously ordering.

Normally when I see vitamins that say "vegetarian-friendly," I worry it may taste a bit like dirt, since some have a really earthy-flavour. These thankfully don't. I think they taste pretty good. I always take em w water to make sure swallowing is easier, and I def recommend it. Overall really solid, and a great way to keep the nervous system in check without having to track what foods you eat.

PROS 1 capsule taken in the morning with breakfast I like that it utilizes Flax seed I seem to have more energy I seem to have good mental clarity I like that these are vegetarian capsules 120 capsules = to a 4 month supply CONS Manufactured for a Uk company, made in China was only area of concern, however seems to be a quality product.

The capsules are easy to swallow, which is the first hurdle for any supplement. Flax seed is recognized as an important source of vitamins, for humans and for animals. My animal feed includes flax seed, especially in the winter months. This looks like a winner!

This is my first time using R-5-P. This form worked for me as it provides lucid alertness and clarity of mind. This active form of B2 is way better than the regular B2. I will be using this one from now on. Highly recommended!
