Refreshing Hydration Boost with Clean Energy — Perfect for Long Workdays or Workouts
G Fuel’s Hype Sauce Supreme Hydration is a surprisingly solid pick if you’re looking for something that gives you clean focus without the sugar crash. The raspberry–lemon flavor hits a perfect balance — not overly sweet, not too sour — and mixes smoothly without the gritty after-texture some electrolyte powders have. As someone managing long project days and plant-floor activity, this fits great as a mid-afternoon hydration boost. It provides noticeable mental clarity and sustained energy, but with zero sugar and no jittery stimulant feel. If you don’t want a full-on pre‑workout but still need hydration plus focus, this blend checks all the boxes. Pros: Clean, refreshing raspberry-lemon taste No sugar — great for daily use Electrolytes help keep you hydrated during long shifts or workouts Light focus and alertness without crashing Mixes well with cold water Cons: The flavor is strong if you don’t dilute enough More expensive than basic electrolyte mixes Overall, Hype Sauce Supreme Hydration is a great choice if you want something between water and an energy drink — perfect for staying sharp and hydrated throughout the day.

Great taste
Got the Hatsune Miku Sweet Melodies rock candy flavor. It's pretty good. It taste more like a cotton candy flavor than rock candy to me. It's not very sweet which is fine. I've been trying to cut back on energy drinks and wanted to try this. Definitely not disappointed

Deceptive (Not the caffeinated version)
I bought this by mistake thinking it was the old caffeinated version, which seems to be out of stock absolutely everywhere now. Pretty deceptive that they made the packaging look exactly like the old container. It's not the same product. My 3/5 stars is rating the product for what it is. It's a bit too sweet and the flavor just isn't as good as the caffeinated version. It's just not refreshing to drink.

Smooth Energy & Great Taste – Perfect for Workouts!
I’ve tried a lot of hydration and energy mixes, and G Fuel Sweet Melodies is easily one of my favorites! The flavor is smooth and refreshing with no weird aftertaste, which is a huge plus. It gives a steady boost of focus and energy without the jitters or crash—perfect for powering through my workouts at the gym. I love that it’s sugar-free yet still tastes great, and the added electrolytes keep me feeling hydrated and refreshed. Whether you’re hitting the gym, studying, or just need an extra boost throughout the day, I’d highly recommend this! Definitely a go-to drink for me now!

Blue sweat.
This is the only G-Fuel flavor I've tried that's just plain gross. The candy flavored G-Fuels tend to be my favorite. "Gummy Shark" and "Pink Drip" are delicious but this "Miku's Rock Candy" tastes like sugary sweat. I'm not joking. It tastes exactly like sweat. Nothing like rock candy. Although I do not expect a caffeine-free drink to give me energy, this *is* being advertised as an energy drink, but no, it doesn't give me any energy.
