Liqui Moly (2042-12PK) MoS2 Anti-Friction 10W-40 Motor Oil - 1 Liter, (Pack of 12)

recently used the LIQUI MOLY MoS2 Antifriction SAE 10W-40 part-synthetic engine oil, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance. This product performed exactly as advertised. The engine oil provided excellent cold-start behavior, making starting the engine in low temperatures much smoother. Additionally, it maintained stable viscosity and remained resistant to aging, which is crucial for long-term engine health. One of the standout features is that it has no harmful effects on catalytic converters, which is a significant advantage for maintaining overall vehicle performance. I’ve only had this in for a short while but I notice the vehicle is running smooth, temperatures are more consistent and I can tell the engine rpms stay more normal. I believe my car really likes this stuff. This oil already haves the additives I was seeking for my old diesel Mercedes so the price makes it very much worth it. I’ve noticed she doesn’t smoke as much on harsh accelerations as well. Very happy overall

This stuff looks like used motor oil but don’t worry that is the molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂) which is black. This stuff in a small engine makes it smooth as silk. I used it all season in my leaf vacuum small engine. I could hear the difference. It was quieter and smoother.

Ran this in my Mk2 golf for the first time and immediately noticed it running for the better. It’s been recently rebuilt and totally redone but this oil really is formulated well for this motor. Motor runs smoother and cleaner with less pops and cracks.

Great like every Moly product I've tried. This oil is a black/gray when new (right out of the bottle) and that how it should be. Good for up to 5,000 miles. I would change oil and filter again at that point. Boost in mileage and protects engines well.

I have an 86 F-150 I lost all oil pressure on my way home from work one night. The lifters we’re tickin pretty bad for sure but I made it home and it sat for a while because I thought the motor was done for. Then I found out about this stuff. I decided ah what the hell what do I have to lose at this point and drained my old 30 weight oil and replaced it with this liquimoly mos2 and although I did get oil pressure back it took about 200 miles or so for the lifter tick to go away. I have videos of what the motor sounded like before and after using this oil but I can only upload one video unfortunately. It doesn’t really matter at this point for me because my motor ended up catching on fire due to the old rubber fuel hose rupturing and spraying gas all over the top of the engine. Was already driving home when it caught fire. I made it home thankfully and was able to put out the fire with an extinguisher before the fire spread any further. I just had to write a positive review about this oil tho I highly recommend.

Containers were not 5QT. like I had typed into search bar. They Are 1QT. Lots of Money for ONE QUART OF OIL

I have a 383 stroker in my classic car. Could not find the blend I needed in my local store. Was surprised though by the color as it looks like used oil right out of the jug. But I guess that's due to the addictives.

I highly recommend this if you have an old vehicle and want to keep her going. I have an old VW Vanagon and wouldn’t use anything else. Coincidentally it’s made in Germany the ancestral home of VW’s 🙂

Works as expected!

Very fast delivery , changed the oil the next day, I can't believe how quite the engine runs now, just so smooth!
