Well, Tazo is pretty good but my preference is Taylor. Two bags/cup of Taylor’s and I’m out like a light and don’t wake up till morning.👍

I’ve been doing an experiment for the past week, or so. I take 100 mg of magnesium glycinate and have a cup of Tazo chamomile tea about two hours before I go to bed at night. Even though I drink the tea a couple of hours before I go to sleep, it seems to ensure a really good night’s deep sleep. I also suggest buying a black silk sleep mask from Amazon as that has radically improved my sleep. Incidentally, I hate the taste of chamomile tea. This tea has other ingredients that make it far more palatable than just plain chamomile. It’s a magical formula and, for a few dollars, I highly recommend you give it a try.

Love tazo calm tea.....but....Would be nice if an order arrived intact sometimes. Cd case cracked and tea looked like someone stepped on it first
