Does this headset have an auto-sleep feature?

The NUBWO G08 wireless gaming headset does have a sleep feature. When it is not connected to any device (either via USB or Bluetooth), it will automatically go into sleep mode after 5 minutes. If it is connected to any device, even if you are not using it to listen to music or play games, it will not automatically sleep. Based on user feedback from the NUBWO G06, many gamers wished to disable this auto-sleep feature. We have optimized this function, changing it from auto-sleep after 5 minutes of non-use to auto-sleep after 5 minutes of not being connected to any device.

Does this wireless gaming headset support use on Xbox?

The wireless mode of the G08 does not support Xbox. Due to our inability to obtain authorization from Xbox, there are limitations on the compatibility of the wireless mode of the G08. The wireless mode of the G08 is compatible with PS5 and PC. However, if you don't mind using the wired mode and connecting it to an Xbox controller, it can still be used with Xbox.

It is said that the G08 has a feature that allows simultaneous use of wireless and Bluetooth. What is this feature?

We have been receiving letters from NUBWO G06 users who expressed their desire to be able to receive phone calls while gaming, especially during late-night gaming sessions when their phones are set to silent mode. After consulting with our wireless gaming solution engineers, we have developed this headset. When using the primary mode (wireless mode/USB mode), it can be connected to a mobile phone via Bluetooth. Whenever there is an incoming call on the phone set to silent mode, the audio of the G08 headset will automatically switch to the phone, allowing you to notice the incoming call. To answer the call, simply press the power button once. Ending the call is also done by pressing the power button once. If you prefer not to answer the call, you can press and hold the power button for 1 second.

When I'm using wired mode, the mute button doesn't work. Why is that?

Since the microphone mute function is part of the wireless module, when the headphones are in wired mode, the wireless module automatically shuts down. The battery inside the headphones stops supplying power to the wireless module, turning the headphones into a device similar to your previous 3.5mm jack headphones, which can be used as long as the connected device has power. Therefore, the microphone mute function cannot be used in wired mode.
