Amazing product using it everyday

I have used this for over a year now and this thing is absolutely useless. It will find tiny little things to get stuck on. The sweeper on it has already broke once. It often fails to find its way back to the base station. In which case I have to do trial and error for it to get charged. And many cheaper models have two sweepers but this one only has one. And with the app it is really pain to use this device. I have had robots that are not as smart and they were way more useful than this one. I regret my purchase terribly.

love using this machine. saves me a lot of time in cleaning my small studio.

Its been 4days since i got it, looks like good for vacuum, mopping is just par, dragging mop cloth around, no proper coverage

Only vacuum mode is good. Mopping is a worst nightmare. Not recommended if you r looking mainly mopping purpose.

App keeps having issues, the mopping feature stopped working after few months only due to some kind of issue with the water tank, and tehre are no replacement parts for it from this seller and 0 support/warranty claims assistance

Nice machine make the things easy

Excellent hoover and very easy to use. Not too noisy and keeps the house very clean as it has excellent power. I have a mixture of floor and carpet and it does an excellent job. I have used alternatives which didn’t clean better than the eufy x8 pro.

I recently purchased this for the vacuum function only and was not sure I wanted the mop function. I am absolutely delighted with the vacuuming. I opted for the model which requires manual emptying, and to be honest it’s very easy and not much of an issue. I have also used the mop function several times and it isn’t too bad. I added a little floor detergent to the water tank and it basically freshens everything up. I would definitely recommend. However if you are looking for a completely hands off mopping solution, it’s perhaps better to look for the more expensive models. Overall it’s an amazing robot.

After 8 months use it is a poor quality product. Now Moping also not working. Parts are also costly and not available in India.
