Great stuff!
These worked great! Helped thin out the chocolate I used in a recipe making it a lot smoother and easier to work with. Did not affect the tasteoc the chocolate at all.

Chocolate dipping necessity
Received item is great condition. Package well sealed. Contents flakey and melted in chocolate easily as I prepared for dipping. Shine on finished product with no unneeded taste. Very satisfied and plan to purchase again. 💕

Great product for making beautiful chocolate candy etc.
Not a lot of folks know what this product is for. If you are a person that used melted chocolate for recipes you should have this in your kitchen. Paramount crystals keep your melted chocolate in a smooth consistency for dipping /drizzling on truffles, cookies etc. Sometimes the melted chocolate seizes up and isn't as smooth and consistent as we'd like. For approx 1 lb of melted chocolate add approx 1 tea of the Paramount crystals stir until the crystals melt. If it is the consistency you're looking for, you're good to go. If not add a pinch more of the crystals and stir. I make truffles and this product is a must especially for holidays where you're making cho candy! It has a long shelf life too!! Enjoy!!

Excellent for thinning chocolate
This is the best thing I've ever used to thin chocolate so the consistency is better. There is no taste so it doesn't interfere with the chocolate flavor. The price was also spot on.

These Needed Melting Before They Could Be Used
When I received the package, the crystals had melted together into a big blob kinda resembling Oogy Boogy from Nightmare Before Christmas. Unfortunately, that meant I wasn't able to use them until I stuck the whole thing in a bowl of hot water and Oogy Boogy melted. Oh well. Next time, I'll check and see I can return things before I buy them.

IT'S WORTH IT. 10/10
I started making treats back in 2021 and gave up because I couldn't get the consistency right. After I found this product... I am motivated to make more. It makes my chocolate so smooth and easy for dipping. You don't need to add a lot to the chocolate either. A little goes a long way. 10/10 recommend. No taste, great consistency, quality is A1.
