PSA I am a professional and qualified nail tech! This product is not for the beginner. It is a thick bottle builder gel that requires knowledge and skill to apply correctly. Do not get it all over your skin, make sure you build the nail correctly to avoid damage to the nail/breakages. The colour selection is very neutral with one being a nude peach with glitter, I really love all of them actually. Perfect base for french or for those who prefer a natural looking gel manicure. Application can be tricky if you are not used to it but it does behave as you would expect a normal builder to behave.

Absolutely can't complain. Great little set. Has everything you need for most design bases. Easy to use and lasts fairly well. I have quite oily nails, so even a professional manicure tends to pop off after 2 weeks.

I'm not very experienced with builder gel but these seem OK, after a few tries I'm getting results that aren't too lumpy! They're nice colours too. The only issue is they don't last as long as I'd like - they start to pop off after about a week. I don't think it's my prep at fault as I don't have the same problem with gel or polygel. Maybe with more practice they'll have more staying power; if so I'll revise my rating!

I like these builder gels, easy to use once you get the hang of them. They are opaque but you can just add layers which also builds an apex. Lasts about 3/4 weeks. Can chip if you don’t do proper prep. It’s what I expected and does what it needs to. I usually have my nails almond shape so not sure how long it would last on square shape nails.

Never done biab myself before. Didn’t realise how much thicker then normal gel polish it is.. that been said once I got the hang of moving it properly on the nail it is a really good product.. (you will have to have your own top coat because 1 doesn’t come with it)

I purchased this gel set for nail art and extensions, and it has worked well overall. Love beetles products! There builder gel really holds up even on long extension! Have bought many more bottles since! Wish that these bottles were bigger though.

This builder gel is not bad. Easy to use for a beginner like me. However, the pink polishes are all pretty similar in colour, different from what is shown in the photo. Also, it leaves behind a sticky residue that I have to wipe off with acetone. Perhaps my lamp isn't strong enough? It is 54W.

I enjoyed the color and look that I got out of the clear builder gel in this set, but if you are not a super experienced at home gel extraordinaire, do not buy these. Removal was extremely difficult. I left the builder gel on for about 3 weeks and then decided I wanted to take everything down to the nail to use what I usually use as a base coat. This stuff was impossible to get off, e-file and acetone soak. Not a horrible product, but make sure you know exactly what you're doing before you buy and use this. If I choose to use one of these in this set again, I will likely use two coats of the normal base that I enjoy, which protects my nail and is easy to remove, and then I will use the builder over that in order to protect my nails better. Just in case you're wondering, the base that I love is by Young Nails, called ManiQ Keratin base
