Very disappointed in this watch it's beautiful but the second hand does not work.

I was so excited to receive this, I was imagining a gorgeous formal watch for events or even on casual days! I love the sleek design and rich color scheme. Unfortunately, this watch is so big it basically fits my forearm! If you are a petite or small person, this is not the watch for you! If I try to wear it on my wrist it just flops all over. I also noticed the face was poorly etched. Was not truly uniform and had a lot of jagged edging. The coating on this feels pretty thin. It really feels like a disposable watch or something...as weird as that sounds. It just doesn't feel like it will last long. I get a vibe of easy to tarnish, easy to snap, and scratch. I could possibly wear this over a sweater sleeve, but if not, it is gorgeous and could be a nice gift as well. Needs a little work and it could be better!

Although the metal seems sort of cheap, this watch looks much better (and oversize) in person. There’re springs on each side so you don’t need to slide it over your hand. However, its circumference seems small. My wrist is about 6-6 1/2” and it fits well, but you MAY have problems with the sides not closing completely if your wrists are very thick. There are just a few nitpicks I have. The underside of the metal doesn’t seem to be finished or sanded smooth in many areas, scratching my skin. Leads me to question the overall quality. Also, the one in “12” is so close to the two it just looks like a big 2. The hands are pretty tiny too. In general, it might be difficult to read for some folks. I’m not wearing this to tell time though. Overall, a pretty watch to wear occasionally as jewelry. But I don’t think it will last too long, especially with heavy wear.
