I just added this product to my daily regimen. I am a 63 yr old, as we age and as our foods we eat do not have the nutrients they once had. These are good quality i bought them because it said it has vitamins that I need to help lighten dark spots on my face. You cant really taste them but never ever ever take these on an empty stomach because you will feel like your dying and it will make you nauseous. These are working the spots on my face are getting alot lighter that now I can cover them with light makeup. It says to take 2 but I recommend just take 1 a day. And I will definitely buy again before I run out. Also helps when your sick.

(UPDATE 1.23.23) SO I basically stopped taking these peoples through last summer, fall, and that's when I caught covid. It knocked me down for a day, but advil helped. By day 4 I was out cutting the grass. I then got sick again with another cold, and then again with another cold. I was traveling for vacation, and started to take this the week prior, and while on vacation. Once we returned, everyone in my family is sick but me. I feel it has hit me, as I feel the headache and slight congestion that everyone else reported, but Im almost at 100% whereas everyone else is no where near. The ONLY reason I stopped taking these daily is that I started to get these lingering slight headaches at the top right of my head. Which I actually have right now and I havent taken a pill since yesterday. Im hesitant to keep taking these because I dont understand how a vitamin would give me headaches. I never correlated the two together until someone told me to cut out anything that Ive changed when these headaches began or a bit before, the ONLY thing Ive done different is take these vitamins. I eat the same foods, sleep the same amount etc etc. And now the headaches are back. Id love to keep taking these on a daily basis because I feel they do help some. But I just dont understand what could be causing the headaches. I really am sceptical of ingredients used and claims made. Of all supplements. That said, I've been sick numerous times since the kids went back to school. Since taking this supplement that hadn't changed BUT, I did dodge one illness that everyone was getting in our house and town. Was it luck or the supplement? Next illness that hit my family included a nasty lingering cough and a tired feeling. Not covid. I normally only take one pill per day but through that illness and upon early signs I took two pills. I got sick on Monday and as of Thursday really I don't have a cough and feel back to normal pretty much. While others who caught this illness around me much earlier are still experiencing some lingering effects of the illness including the cough especially when laying down. So, I'll keep taking these one a day along with a bit more vitamin d, and see what happens.

The vitamin is good so far. I feel much better in my body when it comes to absorbing my energy now, I feel energized during the day at work, strange I haven’t done physical exercise in about a year and now I am back again on my regular exercise! Advice; take your vitamins with food .

These are really good vitamins, but please do not take them on an empty stomach I did and I had to go to the hospital because I felt really really nauseous and dizzy. I took them just fine before that time but with a meal lol this time I took them on an empty stomach and regretted it lol so please eat a meal with these vitamins, but they are very good vitamins. I recommend them.

I have taken this for years as there is no other brand that offers such a packed combo. Also, if you have babies who can't swallow pills yet... this is the way to do it. I open a capsule and sprinkle a dash in each bottle thru the day so they don't taste it and they get anywhere from a quarter to a whole capsule per day in total depending on age. It helps my grand babies not get sick anymore. This immune formula along with silver hydrosol will get them over any sickness. 😉
