I ordered the Basic Ayurveda Triphala Powder for the first time. I have been using the herbs in it for a long time for different reasons but the blend of 3 was the first for me. These herbs are very popular in the southern Asian countries and people use these not only as part of their diet but also on their skins and for their hair. As for me, I have used various versions for myself as well. This time I am using this particular blend as an overall gut cleanser and for overall digestion. I take only a teaspoon with warm water first thing in the morning instead of a tablespoon and for me that is enough. The taste is a little bitter but that is expected from natural herbs. It's only been a week, and I have already felt noticeable difference in my overall metabolic rate, and my stomach feels less bloated already. I would suggest trying a low dosage first as it could have a laxative effect. It seems like a good and effective product and a great value for money in my opinion.
