Plug and go, the stick is nicely weighted coming out of the box, however you can adjust this if you wish via a knob on the bottom. It separates into two parts, leaving just enough room for a gaming keyboard to sit between the throttle and joystick components. The joystick also twists giving you another input axis to play with. If I had to critique it,I would say that resistance in the throttle could have been made a little stiffer with a more pronounced 'notch' in the zero throttle area. Aside from that, it's fine, it configured straight out of the box and works as advertised. Build quality is good and the cables etc all seem well attached and sturdy. Plug and go, the stick is nicely weighted coming out of the box, however you can adjust this if you wish via a knob on the bottom.
