Works perfectly, easy set up

Broke after 3 months. Called support line and it seems to be a non existent number. Extremely disappointed in this product and lack of support. If you want to throw your money away...buy this.

Works as it should. Legs are a little flimsy but it does the job. Would recommend.

I bought this because I needed a portable food warming station to keep food warm while it was packaged. I set this on a counter and placed pans of freshly cooked chicken under it, and it did the job - the area under the lamp was extremely hot. One day, however, it just went out. Nothing out of the normal happened - it wasn't dropped, there was no power surge, it wasn't stored improperly - but it just stopped working about a month after I purchased it. This lamp was used infrequently - maybe about once every 2-3 days, and it wasn't run hours upon hours either. I'm not sure why it stopped, but that gives this product a 3-star rating.

Works great…until it doesn’t. Then just throw it away. Clearly states on their listing 1 year warranty…which is why I bought it. I thought…it must be great or they wouldn’t put a warranty on it. Well, I guess if you don’t answer calls or emails then you don’t have to honor the warranty. At first, they acted like they cared. Then they told me to contact the phone or email on the label that is on the heat lamp. The phone just rings busy 24/7 and no response to any email. Of course, Amazon is no help whatsoever. My advice…if you need a cheap heat lamp for a few months, but this one. If you want it to last and actually work when you need it…stay clear from anything these guys sell. Their support is non-existent.
