The Barefoot Singalong series is really well done, and this is my favorite book of them all. Beautiful illustrations. Great song that is easy for little ones to sing and won't drive the adults crazy. Also, you can watch a video of the song on youtube. We especially love looking for the baby pirate in the pictures. My son's school uses this book and the kids go crazy for it. Worth the price.

you can't go wrong
we love all the barefoot book series. They are well illustrated the songs are very cute I just wish I had a better voice my littles put up with it because they enjoy the books so much

Port Side love! Awesome book for young kids.

Fun Imaginative Book ! Pre-k teacher approved!
Rrrrrr....... you ready for a fun and entertaining book ! Well this book is definitely a hidden treasure. It has a fun up beat, and imaginative storyline. That will have you wishing you were sailing the seven seas! It also teaches you the basics when it comes to the parts of a Pirate's ship.

One of my favorite singalong books!
I am a k-4 general music teacher and I purchased this book for my classroom. My kids LOVE it. I have used it with kids all the way up through 3rd grade. The song is catchy (although quite repetitive, which is nice if you want the kids to join in and sing along), and the CD is well done. One additional thing I love is the accompaniment only track that is also on the CD. I will definitely be looking into more of this company's books. I highly recommend this!

Perfect for kids who loves pirates! And I found the song on YouTube! The children love it!

Pirate fun!
My 2.5 and 3.5 year old daughters discovered this song in a music class. They love the book and the fun song that goes along with it. It's a fast, fun song and they have fun dancing to it and trying to sing fast like the song. They have some pirate bath toys and a pirate dress up hat/eye patch and they sing the song as they are playing with other pirate toys. I put it on when we need an energy change or bordum buster:-)Very fun and upbeat.
