Easy to clean

This is a very beautiful wok/sauté pan. We purchased both 5.9-in and 11-in. It works with all types of cooktop include induction (mine is induction) It heats up super-fast, so be careful not to overheat it which may damage the ceramic coating. It's very easy to clean as soon as it cools down after cooking and do not ever put into dishwasher. My wife washed it a few times in dishwasher and the wood handle was discolored and cracked. We had other NeoFlame cookware which came with silicone coated handle which is dishwasher safe, but didn't work with induction. This Wok/sauté Pan is good for all types of cooking.
