Good griddle
Worked well. It's aluminum, so heat distribution to middle of griddle can be a bit low, but it worked well. Fits on Coleman white gas stove without problems. There were a few aluminum edge shavings that I had to remove, so just check it out before using, but not a big deal at all. UPDATE: Still going strong. Have used it multiple times this summer (its a few years old now), and just came back from another trip that it had multiple day use (sometimes 2x a day). I don't quite understand some saying its flimsy...to me, it's pretty tough. I take care of my stuff, but it seems pretty thick to me. I have not used it on open fire - just on a 50+yr old Coleman white gas stove (fits well), but I have fixed many a camp meal on it. My two (very minor) gripes - would be nice to have a carry bag for it (even just lightweight nylon), and the lip is a bit low, so there always seems to be a "casualty" of a bit of food going off and falling in the bottom of the stove, but its camping...these are very minor gripes. It can have a bit of a cooler spot in the middle, but that's to be expected on a camp stove. You do some cooking management and it's fine. Would purchase another again if I needed one.

Very Nice Camping Griddle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This has also been a really great top notch addition to my camping gear for this year, the griddle is a very nice, heavy duty aluminum and fairly durable griddle that is just exactly what the advertisement says it is. The griddle covers both the burners on my camp stove and is nonstick coated on the cooking side and bare metal and the burner side of the pan, The cooking area of the pan is of a pretty good size and I have used this several time now on my weekend trip to the local lakes here in Oklahoma, and I have had nothing but super ease of use with this griddle. The pan definitely heats up really really quickly and is ready to cook on super fast, and I have had no problem cooking breakfast for 6 to 8 people at the campsite in a very reasonable amount of time in the mornings. On top of all that, the non stick surface sure makes for a really quick and easy clean up when your done cooking as well. All in all I am super pleased with this griddle and look forward to using it on my camping adventures for many many years to come, Thank You for a quality product Coghalns!

great little griddle
haven't had an opportunity yet to use while camping, but the griddle works great at home! turns my stovetop into a handy griddle, as well as my backyard propane grill. even heat, cleans up easily, and not heavy like cast iron would be. it does have some kind of coating on it, which I will watch for any degradation of the surface. so far I love it!

Recommended For Camping, Tail-Gating, or Home Cooking
As inexpensive as this griddle is compared to most other similar ones out there (like Coleman), this is really a good deal. It fits really nicely over the Coleman Triton 2-Burner stove (with igniter or without) and, though it will not store inside the stove, it does store nicely in the medium stove carrying case with the stove. As far as cooking, it really works well as long as you understand that it isn't cast iron. Since this is cast aluminum, it will heat up very quickly and it will not retain it well. For this reason, I can think of no reason why I would recommend ever using it with the heat of your grill or stove (camping) at it's highest. The only possible exception would be if you are cooking a steak and you like yours rare to medium-rare and just wanted to sear them for a minute or two on each side. If you attempt to cook bacon or eggs on the same heat you will obliterate them before you realize it. The non-stick surface has worked very well for me and I can typically clean this up with a paper towel which is really nice when your camping. Just realize that you should use non-stick utensils or you will scratch the surface. I have scratched mine but not badly and it still works like knew. The coating hasn't showed any flaking or pealing whatsoever.

Much better than Cast Iron
Only used it on one camping trip so far but it worked great. Fits perfectly over the two burners of my Camp Chef Outdoor Oven. Used to cooked perfect pancakes over low heat. Also used to cook hamburgers with good results. Pros: Light weight. No sticking (with little to no cooking spray) Easy to clean with just water and a dish rag. Cools down quickly. Cons: None so far. My only concern is the surface durability. It appears that it may scratch easily causing it to loose its non-stick properties. Only time will tell.

Great Little Griddle
Bought this to use on my 2 burner propane stove for camping. While I haven't used it on my camping stove yet, I did take the idea of others and used it on my electric stove with eyes at home. It was great! Cooked my breakfast this morning. Bacon over one eye and the eggs over the other. It seemed to heat evenly and I believe I will be able to par boil (so they cook faster) some potatoes while camping and cook those as well when doing breakfast. Cooking for one I will have the room. This does have a ridge, but no reservoir for grease. However, I eat Turkey Bacon and grese is a minimum. Used a touch of Pam to lightly coat the area for the eggs. Clean up was a breeze. I love it! Make sure you use either rubber or plastic utensils to avoid scratching and this griddle should give you years of service.

It is a bit too big for my camping BBQ. However, once it is properly heated, it works very well and it is very easy to clean. I have not had anything stick to it yet. In the last 2 months, I have probably used it at least 10 times and it still works great.

leggera pratica la metto su due fuochi e cuocio la carne, le verdure le uova scaldo il pane...per pulirla basta un panno umido

A practical product... there's a small section that is not non stick which is a bit frustrating... Will need replacing sooner than I'd like.
