Very good quality and easy to just attach the wheels and ready to use. The stabilizing wheel in front of bottom drawer a great idea. Seems very sturdy and hope to get many years of use.

This is an update to my previous review. The cabinet is beautiful, every thing that I expected. Good construction, components and the size I need. Perfect. USPS delivered the cabinet today, Friday, before 2 PM. Not as they reported, yesterday, Thursday, at 7:14PM. My previous review, when the cabinet seemed to be lost follows. I hope Amazon goes back to handling the whole delivery themselves. The product is probably great! Amazon, the delivery is part of the product / customer experience. If you feel this review is not relevant to the product, please read it and forward it to a department that can follow up on it. Do not just discard it. Amazon shipping and delivering is great. But lately Amazon handles the first part of the delivery and has USPS do the home delivery part. Amazon probably thinks it is saving money. But USPS delivery is horrible, at least in my area. Well Amazon you get what you pay for. USPS says item was delivered at 7:14 PM, A LIE! I have a camara covering the area. USPS was not there at all that day. From 6:30 to 8:30 PM I was in my front room with a window overlooking the entrance. Nothing was delivered. USPS had this item "out for delivery" until just before 8 PM. After 8 PM it was changed to "delivered at 7:14" PM. A miracle, it seems USPS can travel back in time!!! I was tracking it because USPS has done this before. It seems that after 8 PM, items that they can not be accounted for are changed to "delivered" to make records look good and not take responsibility for lack of follow up, accountability, quality systems, etc. Amazon, I know you will replace/refund the item, you are good. But you should not use delivery companies that are not reliable and cause the customer added grief, problems, and time waste. And think your cost of replacing lost shipments and time spent by your associates in solving the issues.

I love the sleek and modern style of this file cabinet. It is also short enough that if fits nicely under my adjustable height desk without me having to raise it to accommodate the height. The metal is thinner than some of the commercial duty file cabinets we have at work, but to be honest, they are heavy and for personal use, I don't really need it heavy duty. Although the metal is thinner, it is still a sturdy cabinet. It doesn't bend or flex when I apply pressure to it and all corners and edges are nicely rolled with now sharp corners or edges to get caught or cut on. One of the concerns that I had before purchasing the file cabinet was the lack of front handles. After using the cabinet, I found that the grab holes on the side of each drawer is actually much more ergonomic and functional than a normal drawer pull, if you are sitting next to the cabinet. The included tray comes in handy for storing small things and the drawers are spacious enough for me. I use the bottom file cabinet portion for storage, but I tested it and it fits both letter or legal size just fine with the included brackets. The lock secures all three drawers. If I had to complain out anything on this cabinet, it would be the wheels. They are tiny and can probably only be used on hard surfaces. I don't roll it around often, but when I do, it reminds me of how tiny the wheels are. Despite the wheels, it is still a very good cabinet and I prioritized the lower height to bigger wheels. To wrap it up, I love the design of the this cabinet. It also seems well constructed and durable enough to last for quite a while. I'm happy I made this purchase!

I’ve had this file cabinet for almost 4 years and it’s moved with me 3 times and it’s still in great shape. It’s heavy and well made and still looks brand new. The last movers were not careful with it but it doesn’t show any dings or scrapes and still works great. Unfortunately my last movers lost the metal rail that holds the files up and the unique size of the cabinet made it hard to find a replacement. I was worried I’d have to get a whole new cabinet or just live without it and always have my files in a mess but in a last ditch effort I decided to reach out to the company directly on the off chance they sold replacement parts. I reached out via the contact form on their website and to my surprise they were actually able to replace the part. The customer service rep I worked with was super helpful and even though they don’t sell replacement parts specifically they really kindly were willing to send me the replacement part for free, I just had to pay for shipping. The part came direct from china so it was $25 in shipping which isn’t cheap but way less than buying a new file cabinet and I felt it was worth it. I would definitely recommend this product and the company.

Does not actually hold letter size as the pictures would lead you to believe. An 8.5x11 piece of paper will not fit in the drawers left to right, as more than one of the listing pictures represents them to. I don't know why this listing has such misleading photos, and whether it is intentional or not, but it makes this filing cabinet not as useful as it would seem. Aside from the misrepresentation of the product itself, the cabinet is actually well-built, showed up assemble, undamaged, and all the panels lined up perfect. The only thing that needs assembly is the casters on the bottom, and the bottom of the front drawer. The lock is also nice for extra security, but I feel like taking off a few stars is fair for a misrepresentation of the product.

This was a good Cyber Monday purchase. I have a 33 x 60" trestle-type desk with one keyboard drawer and one narrow (14" wide ) storage drawer. The open area under the desk is 57" wide. This small unit fits neatly under the desktop. Exterior dimensions (as measured on a wood floor): 11 7/8" W x 17 3/4" D x 23" Tall (including casters) It provides me the utility of a narrow-profile filing cabinet without sacrificing legroom. The compact design provides the added storage I want without being obtrusive. The unit arrived undamaged, thanks to the packaging: heavy duty box; cabinet fully wrapped in a plastic bag; all surfaces protected with 7/8" thick fitted styrofoam; all eight corners of the styrofoam additionally protected with heavy-duty plastic corner-protectors.

Really great quality! I was a little hesitant ordering this off amazon and didn’t know what the quality would be or if it would get banged up in shipping but it’s super nice. Almost commercial quality. Perfect size to roll under a standing desk. Came packed up really well too so no issues there. I may end up getting a second one for the other side of my desk.
