Like that there is 2 months worth in a good sized pot works out about £17 a month, they taste really good.They definitely decrease appetite, for me it works better to take one at teatime then I don't feel need to reach for the chocolate to snack on come evening.Iv been taking for 3 weeks now, if they curb my craving for eating chocolate in large quantities I'll keep using, as iv tried everything for 30 odd years to beat a chocolate addiction!
