Does each individual tube have a UPC barcode?

No. When I have purchased them in the store the bar code has been on the packaging.

Do these stick expire? Or can they be bought for use in future years?

Nowhere on the pen itself do I see an expiration date. Don't have the box they came in, if indeed they came in a box. I suppose if you had them for years and years they might dry out. I probably don't have my supply longer than a couple of years and have never had one dry out.

Can you use on grout?

We did a search on the site and there is no information about grout but: wine, coffee, fruit juice or ketchup.
