The user interface is horrible. The app for iPhone is not streaming videos at all despite having a gigabit service. The Mac software is not working either. When I sent support ticket, I got a reply saying it's been closed. What?! I will NEVER ever recommend Lorex. It's the most expensive mistake I ever made. Do NOT even think about buying it.
