I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share this experience to help other parents. We purchased the Dream On Me Storybrooke crib through Amazon, and after fully assembling it, we discovered 13 separate defects. These included chipped paint, exposed wood, cracks at joints, scratches, seam separation, and uneven finishes. The damage was present upon unpacking and not caused by use. This is a baby crib, and defects on edges, corners, and joints raise serious safety concerns. Given the purpose of this product, the quality was extremely disappointing. The crib took hours to assemble (very poor instructions) and is located upstairs in a two-story home. Disassembling, repackaging, and returning it would require significant effort and multiple people. Despite providing photos and explaining the situation, Amazon’s only offered resolution was a full return — no partial refund, credit, or replacement parts were offered. For a product designed for infant safety, I expected much better quality control and customer support. I would strongly recommend inspecting every piece carefully before assembly or considering another brand. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we expected for a baby product at this price point.

El acabado blanco es uniforme y se ve de muy buena calidad. La estructura es sólida y resistente, lo que me da mucha tranquilidad en cuanto a la seguridad de mi bebé.

I would give this 5 stars if not for a few minor issues. The good: Looks great. Solid. Smooth surfaces. Bright white. It goes together in a way that feels like it's not coming apart easily. Assembly didn't take a horribly long time but I opted to use a screw gun for most of the bolts which speeds it up quite a bit. Some simply can't be reached with a regular screw gun so I was forced to use the Allen Wrench (included). Extra storage space. The not as good: In my photos you can see 2 things that tells me that QC is/was a little relaxed. In one photo there's a couple marks where someone handled the parts with dirty hands. A smudge or two. Not a big deal. Second, there's a drip of glue or some hard substance on the top on the drawer facing. It's not a big deal but it's right in the font and visible. The drawers are quite wide and the bottoms are very stiff paperboard. These drawers do not appear that they will hold much weight. A few baby blanks and/or sheets but any weight seems like they'd push the bottom out. A couple simple cross supports could help this tremendously. The bad: It might seem minor that EXACTLY the number of bolts and screws are included for assembly... and normally I'd agree when all else is equal but as I was putting the drawer together, 1 of the screws snapped the head off before it was even tightened down. About halfway in and it just fell apart. This left half the screw in the wood where a screw is supposed to go and the other half lying in the floor. Fortunately I have plenty of screws lying around and I had another screw of the same size and I was able to slip it thru right beside the broken one without any ill effect. I hope that not all the screws and bolts suffer from such low strength. NOTE: There is a mattress in the photos. Mattress was not included (but I knew that when I bought it)

Gorgeous grey colour, with useful drawer underneath. Easy to assemble and adjustable mattress makes it convenient as baby grows

No disappointment with this crib. Bought for my niece and is very beautiful and sturdy.
