Muy decepcionado con el producto y el servicio al cliente** Compré un producto que prometía una autonomía de 3 horas, pero en menos de una semana se apagaba en menos de 1 hora. Cada vez que lo cargaba, la batería se mostraba como si estuviese a cero de inmediato. Decidí devolverlo dentro del plazo estipulado, pero me dijeron que el producto estaba "dañado fiscalmente", a pesar de que estaba en buen estado. Intentaron hacerme pagar 90 € por una supuesta reparación, alegando que estaba usado. Por supuesto, estaba usado porque no se puede probar un producto sin utilizarlo. Además, el dispositivo se calienta muy rápidamente, a los 10 minutos de uso, y en ocasiones no se escucha nada. De repente, el sonido aparece sin previo aviso. La atención al cliente es deplorable, y ni siquiera me permiten publicar esta reseña en el producto. Es lamentable que no pueda buscarlo para dejar mi opinión. No recomiendo comprar aquí. Este producto es completamente ineficaz y el servicio al cliente es inaceptable. ¡No pierdan su tiempo ni su dinero!

It is really bad with these small balls. It is very hard to hear. With bigger headphones the sound comes out so that makes ot useless
